-4 a.m., Summer ‘08 Bayside, Queens outside my living quarters-

The early birds were singing a summer song while I was working on this track. It sounded dope on behind the theme of this song; and what better representation of escaping from a cruel world than morning birds. I decided to grab my field recorder. I headed down to the street and recorded their morning song.
